Term 2 week 10 – Actual event
Budget: $200-$300 ($70 budget for prizes – Contests. The rest go to the printing of magazine)

MCQ subcomm: Jyh Howe, Shen Hao and Chuan Hui
1) By week 6 complete
2) By week 7 advertise and give out forms (at most push to week 8)
3) Week 10 will be the preliminary and secondary rounds; broadcasting of results on the same day as contest
* For the preliminary and secondary round, cannot use PC or Assembly periods.

Contest subcomm: Ching Yee, Deon, Jyh Howe
1) By week 5 complete
2) By week 6 advertise and give out forms
3) Week 9 collect pieces and judge
4) Broadcasting of results will be on the same day as MCQ in week 10 (Prizes to be ready before broadcasting day)

Publicity subcomm: Adalric, Shen Hao, Celeste
1) By week 5 have to complete the virtual posters to be flashed on the canteen TV screens

Magazine subcomm: Celeste, Adalric, Ching Yee
1) Celeste given the green light for the ICC CIP project
2) By week 7 complete and send for printing

CIP hours will be given according to the amount of work you do (monitored by me and everyone else)

serious problem: 
19-22 may (term 2 week 9) is level camp week so may have to change dates.
